Experimenting with varietals, growing techniques, and processing can result in amazing and unique coffees, but these experiments aren’t without risks to farmers. Results can be unpredictable and make the investment unfeasible. This subscription allows us to bridge that gap, providing a more consistent demand for these experimental microlots. Also for that reason, there is a limited number of subscriptions. Membership includes participation in our coffee selections, free tastings at our roastery, and the first opportunities to claim a spot on any trips to visit these coffee farms.
